Getting Started with Blender and modeling

    To prepare for the Blender 3D course!

    1. Download Blender: Visit the official Blender website ( to download and install the latest version of Blender for their operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux). Ensure that they have it installed and ready to use for the course.

    2. Mouse: It’s highly recommended to use a mouse with a scroll wheel, as it provides better control and precision when working with 3D software like Blender. A standard computer mouse is suitable, and it will greatly enhance the experience of navigating the 3D environment.

    We are looking for students who want to set up gelatine plate textile printing in the fablab. We provide all the materials needed to produce the gelatin plates and print on textiles.

    Create a complete setup for the Fablab
    so that other users can use it.

    • Create a recipe for a gelatin plate that is reproducible.
    • Find suitable colors for textile and paper printing.
    • Find the appropriate print settings for an image transfer.
    • Find a suitable method to make the colors washfast.
    • Find a setup to implement this technique in FabLab.
